Dr. Devraj Chavda is a distinguished pediatric neurologist and epileptologist dedicated to advancing epilepsy care and pediatric neurology. Trained at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, he is the co-founder of Neurology and Epilepsy Specialists, PC and has been instrumental in pioneering specialized programs, including Nevada’s first Pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at and State's first and only gene replacement therapies for rare neuromuscular disorders.

Dr. Chavda is an internationally recognized speaker, having presented at global conferences, and serves on key national committees, including the Practice Management Committees of both the American Epilepsy Society (AES) and the Child Neurology Society (CNS).He is an advisory board member for Nevada’s Newborn Screening Program, where he successfully advocated for the inclusion of SMA and adrenoleukodystrophy, shaping statewide public health initiatives

His contributions to neurogenetics research are well published, shaping advancements in epilepsy and rare neurological disorders.

He serves on the Rare Disease Advisory Council for the State of Nevada, working to improve access to specialized care for children with rare neurological disorders. Additionally, as an Advisory Board Member for the Epilepsy Foundation of Nevada. He also hosts international physicians for training, ensuring the next generation of specialists continues to push the boundaries of pediatric neurology and epilepsy care.

Dr. Mei Jiang, M.D. – Expert in Pediatric Neurology & Epilepsy

Dr. Mei Jiang is a highly experienced and board-certified pediatric neurologist specializing in epilepsy and neurophysiology. With over two decades of medical practice across the United States, Canada, and China, she brings a wealth of expertise to her patients.

Dr. Jiang completed her pediatric neurology fellowship at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and further specialized in clinical neurophysiology at the University at Buffalo. She has served as an attending pediatric neurologist at leading medical institutions, including Pediatrix Neurology of Nevada and Marshfield Medical Center.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Jiang has contributed to neurological research, particularly in epilepsy treatment and genetic medicine. She is board-certified in Child Neurology, Epilepsy, and Pediatrics by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Pediatrics.
